Insurance & Billing

We provide full billing services, including insurance verification. We are able to bill most major insurance companies, including Oregon Medicaid and Cascade Health Alliance!

One of our biggest goals is to ensure that everyone has access to therapy services and that finances are not a barrier to seeking support. If you are in need of financial assistance, please speak with a member of our staff so that we can help create a plan that fits your needs.

Circle of Security

We are proud to announce that we are now certified to facilitate The Circle of Security™ program!

At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security™ Parenting Program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

If you would like to be enrolled, or need further information on the program, please contact our office at 541-205-6750!

Financial Assistance

We never want finances to be a barrier to receiving support so we offer a discount for self-pay clients, as well as a financial assistance program.

Call our office or visit us in person, Monday-Thursday 8 am- 4 pm, to discuss any financial concerns that may prevent you from accessing services.

Discount Program

At Connect Restore Thrive Counseling, we are dedicated to providing the community with counseling services. We will not deny you care based on your ability to pay.

You could be eligible for up to a 100% discounted rate, but even if you do not qualify for your service to be completely covered, you may still be eligible for a discounted service rate.

We offer discounted services to all individuals who are eligible. This discount program uses a sliding scale to determine eligibility based on income and family size. You can apply by filling out the form below and emailing it to our CEO Tessa at tessa@crtcounseling.org or bringing it into our office.

If you need more information, or assistance in filling out your application, please reach out to us or visit our office.

Good Faith Estimate

When do clients need to be given the Good Faith Estimate?

The law puts forth specific guidelines for when a client must be given a Good Faith Estimate.

  • If a service is scheduled at least 10 business days in advance, the Good Faith Estimate must be provided within 3 business days. (This is within 3 business days of the scheduling, not of the appointment itself.)

  • If a service is scheduled at least 3 business days in advance, the Good Faith Estimate must be provided within 1 business day of scheduling.

  • If a service is scheduled less than 3 business days in advance, a Good Faith Estimate is not required.

  • If an individual requests a Good Faith Estimate, it must be provided within 3 business days.

Meet Our Team

Providing support to individuals and helping them live thriving lives is what we strive for, and that wouldn't be possible without our administrative team supporting our therapists.

Erin McLaughlin

Billing Supervisor

Hi my name is Erin McLaughlin.  I have been married to my husband Scott for 8 years and was blessed with my amazing 2 kids. I was born and raised in Springfield OR. I spent 7 1/2 years in the Seattle area and got my dental assisting certification and was a dental assistant for the last 10 years before I decided that was not my path anymore. I took the knowledge that I learned in the dental field and applied it to my position as an Intake Coordinator at CRT. I have worked for CRT for over a year now and have worked my way up to Billing Supervisor. I love what I do and I love helping clients with their financial needs.

On my off time I love to spend time with my family and do a little traveling. I often spend time at our family's vacation property playing cornhole, cribbage, and riding quads with our family.

Kelly Dolce

Intake Coordinator, Adminastrative Assistant

My name is Kelly Dolce. I am the friendly face you see when walking into the Connect Restore Thrive Office. I love helping others and am blessed to be working with our therapists to bring mental health services to our community.

I've lived most of my life in Klamath Falls, but I like to travel when I can. As an avid lover of Jellyfish, I love visiting the coast. However, I equally love traveling to Denver to spend time with my best friend.

When I'm not in the office or traveling, I love to create! I enjoy a wide variety of hobbies, like painting, baking, and playing video games with my friends. If I'm not spending time working on my hobbies I appreciate spending time with my nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
